I adjusted my thermal pads and paste using 1mm tickness thermal grizzly minus 8 and the first version of arctic mx6, but then something went wrong.
The hotspot changed from 92c~94c to 103c for the hotspot and 60~73c for the GPU.
Am I doing it incorrectly? Could the thermal pad be faulty, or did I purchase the wrong thickness size?
I found the reference size on this link: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/thread....18936005/

Or did I purchase the incorrect thickness size? Were the thermal pads you used to replace the factory ones the precise dimensions and thickness? It would help to share photos of the GPU disassembled, showing the thermal pads and paste on the cooling assembly or card.

The hotspot changed from 92c~94c to 103c and the GPU moved from 79c to 60~73c. Your current idle and load temperatures are 63°C and 103°C respectively. Check HWInfo to verify the reported temperatures.

Could you also tell me the make and model of your case, along with the airflow setup inside it? What are the ambient room air temperatures?

i don't know i bought the gpu second hand/used and unfortunately i didn't measure the old one's thermal pads. and i can't disassemble it since i'm using it now.
2. it reaches 103c in hotspot and 78c when playing valorant.
3. my pc case is a budget model from indonesia named VenomRX, white aquarium style, with two radiator cpu fans top mounted and seven case fans: three bottom, three front side, one back.
ambient room temp is 32c
