I just replaced my power supply and graphics card, but while working with my old PSU I experienced something that made the motherboard appear dead. The computer starts up with fans and lights on, yet no peripherals appear or activate. When checking the debug LEDs, none light up whether components are connected or not. This issue occurred with both power supplies, so it might be related to the CPU. My thoughts suggest either a new motherboard or a faulty CMOS battery could be the cause. I've tried reseating RAM, fixing the CSOM battery, cleaning the GPU, and swapping out the PSU. My setup includes an i5 7600K CPU, RedDevil 6700 XT GPU, Evga 1060 motherboard, ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming Aura RAM, GSKILL Fury DDR4 3000MHz drives, Samsung Evo 870 SSD, Seagate Barracuda HDDs, and a mix of PSUs. I'm using Windows 10.
