I’m experiencing frequent FPS spikes and drops in games, especially when my GPU is at 99-100% usage while the wattage stays around 330, which feels extremely low. This leads to a sudden drop in utilization and massive FPS reductions. Another strange occurrence is hearing Windows error noises when I press keys outside of applications. I’m unsure how to fix these issues, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
