Power supply unit issue affecting startup.
Since switching back from BIOS versions 3001 to 2801 because of performance, stability, and BSOD problems yesterday, I’ve faced even more difficulties. When I started my PC, there was no display, though the tower was working. It kept rebooting four times without showing anything, then came back after each reset. Just a minute later, another BSOD appeared. I’m worried about what might be wrong and feel anxious because I invested a lot in an ASUS build and think something could be faulty. My old Evga setup never had these issues. Now I’m questioning whether my current ASUS build is still reliable.
The system doesn’t show BSOD for PSU problems. Windows isn’t aware of what your power supply is doing. Look in C:\Windows\Minidump for any minidump files. If present, return to the Windows directory and move the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (or use your desktop if OneDrive isn’t available). Compress the moved folder and send it via a post.
I brought certain components like the GPU, processor, RAM, and SSD myself, while the motherboard came from a store. The technician selected the model for me.
