I gained a lesson regarding power supplies. It's crucial to select a specific brand, especially one you're unfamiliar with. Now I've fully rebuilt the computer.
I'm planning to install an AMD CPU and test it.

I recall the past when assembling my initial build using a £10 power supply. It functioned well for a year, though a burning odor was frequent. One day I chose to overclock my CPU just to experiment. The PSU exploded, producing a bright flash from the case and a loud explosion, which ultimately disabled my PC.

my friend from high school really overspent on a PSU once. later at school, the computer stayed on, and the PSU caught fire, destroying half the house! the neighbor noticed the flames and called the fire department. if it hadn’t been there, the whole house would have been lost. that was with it sitting unused while he was away.

so definitely, a good PSU should be your top choice—not the last thing you try to save money on. it’s the main power source for the entire PC...

Here are some suggestions for power supply, CPU, RAM, and water cooler. Since you're not overclocking just for gaming, I recommend focusing on a reliable setup. You mentioned having an AMD CPU with a Radeon 7900X, so look for a power supply that supports DDR5 memory. For the CPU, consider a mid-range to high-end option depending on your budget and cooling needs. A good water cooler will depend on your case design, but ensure it matches your cooling requirements. Let me know if you need more details!
