Hello guys, I need some assistance figuring this out.
Today I played a game on my PC and it suddenly shut off without any sound or warning. When I tried to turn it back on, nothing happened—plugging everything in didn’t help either. We noticed that the LAN cable isn’t working like it used to, just like the keyboard, mouse, and headset. I’m stuck and don’t know what could be causing this issue.
Could it be related to a power supply failure?
Thanks in advance.

smelling the psu usually indicates if it has blown or is faulty
unplug the psu for about 5 minutes, and if it has a power switch, use it a few times to discharge any residual energy; sometimes it recovers after that
use a paperclip test with a small load like a connected HDD to see if the fan starts
if it doesn’t, proceed with the warranty case

Hi, thank you for your message. I didn't smell anything like burnout, tried the plugin out, and in a few attempts the PSU in case but it stayed the same. I've also done some tests on the PSU, but the fan doesn't spin and I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I tried using some wire on 24pin or 22pin, but the cable of the PSU didn't work and it shouldn't spin if it does, sorry for the bad English.

paper clip test:
Watch the video at the link provided. If it isn't causing the fan to spin, replace it or contact support for warranty service.

I tried it, but the issue is that my 24pin cable has all black wires, so what should I do?

My fan doesn't spin, I've tried everything as he did—can I be certain the PSU is dead?
