Hello everyone,
Mobo : Asus sabertooth x99
cpu : intel i7 - 5820k 3.30ghz
ram : ddr4 2133 16gb
psu : 1000w platinum, brand not remembered, not a recognized manufacturer
Problem :
I was on vacation for two weeks and upon returning, I immediately tried to open my PC which kept shutting down and restarting repeatedly. After several attempts, I managed to boot into BIOS (which I couldn't access by pressing F2) and encountered this error:

I haven’t overclocked or changed the CPU. I used the tweaker wizard on BIOS and XMP settings if I remember correctly. In the past, my computer would randomly crash, but now I’m unable to even start it. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance

So the PSU is called LC Power and its 1000W platinum.
The computer boots and after 2-3 seconds restarts and keeps repeating. If i remove some USB i might get lucky and pass BIOS then i get stuck in the screen i showed you.
Some more information -
The PSU is located on the bottom side of a full tower - I am cleaning my setup regularly and there is no dust or anything in the fans of PSU or motherboard or the tower itself.
I can afford anything that could be the best possible solution to this issue as its my home office desktop .
