Hey everyone, it seems your motherboard needs the power button pressed to attempt a full boot. If it responds, it powers on briefly then restarts. It functions when you restart the PC by connecting power through a screwdriver? You've swapped the PW button for a new case, so we can assume the power button and motherboard are working too. Ensure the front panel matches this setup. Consider disconnecting all other connectors except the power switch: Source. They asked if you didn't update the motherboard before the problem occurred. Note: You might attempt to update the BIOS by pressing the flashback button with a USB drive.
I also tried it. I was really aiming to skip the return merchandise authorization because I've heard bad experiences with Asus RMA.

The bios have been updated. I followed that excellent YouTube video.
I own an Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming board and faced similar issues a few months back. It turned out the two pin contacts on the power switch were corroded. Unknown to me, that was the root cause. I cleaned the pins with a fingernail file I borrowed from my wife, gently brushing all four sides. Afterward, I soaked a Q-tip in 90% isopropyl alcohol and used it to remove any dust. While working inside the case, I performed a thorough blowout using an air compressor carefully to avoid disturbing anything. The fix was complete—everything functioned perfectly since then.
