Doesn't occur in BIOS. I've purchased a replacement PSU and intend to perform a clean Windows installation as well. The 22H2 update isn't installing, and I'm encountering Bluetooth issues—continually playing a beeping sound and stating the USB Bluetooth device is disconnected before reconnecting. It's built-in; I've tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling, but the problem persists. I plan to place the entire installation in the bin and attempt a fresh setup with a new PSU. I'll update you on the outcome within a couple of days.

Sounds like a power problem. You can run hwinfo with logging enabled to see what the system is doing. If it crashes, the log will be up to date to the second it crashes. My guess is a voltage issue causing the board to reboot.

You have the HWinfo logs but aren’t able to understand them. Someone might help. rtllog.CSV

Check the CPU condition, PBO2 status, and motherboard settings. Increase the current limit to rule out VRM issues.

It was @Stock testing with PBO turned on, off, and in 45W eco mode. Adding PBO extended runtime slightly before load testing, about 10 seconds more. A new PSU is coming soon—update planned later today. Appreciate all the feedback!

It could be that the VRM on the motherboard has a limited current threshold, and you can adjust it. If you have time, check the BIOS settings and raise that value. This won't boost performance or cause CPU harm—it just sets a point where the board stops powering the CPU once enough is drawn.

New PSU added, upgraded to a B+ tier 750w Gold+. Resolved the problem right away. Plus, it's modular which made cable management much simpler! Updated: It seems minor assistance played a role. Unclear if the new 5600 caused the issue or something else... Either way, I'm satisfied! Appreciate your support.

It occurred once again. I ran the OCCT power test for ten minutes without any problems. While playing League of Legends, it restarted. No details appear in WhoCrashed or a crash log. Could this point to the GPU? I'm confused and a little frustrated because everything seems fine during tests but fails when loading games that demand high CPU/GPU usage. I considered the curve optimizer on Ryzen Master, but even with it disabled, it keeps happening. How can it work smoothly in the OCCT CPU/GPU tests yet crash at 50% load? I'm puzzled. The event viewer shows: System - Provider Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power EventID 41 Version 9 Level 1 Task 63 Opcode 0. It says the process ran on July 2, 2023 at 15:30 and was interrupted. No further details were provided.

I've tested it with my old 3100 (new PSU, new cooler installed) and still getting the same 41 Kernel Power error. Is the motherboard damaged? Edit: The 3100 in 45W eco mode with PBO off seems to function. Running a stress test now, it's performing much better—currently far beyond expectations. My thought is the motherboard might not be delivering enough power to the CPU. It's an older board, but I assumed it was solid. Maybe it's underperforming? After restarting during the CPU stress test, it recovered quickly—restarted within 1-2 minutes. VRM issue? Uncertain. Any advice would be great.
