Sure thing, but I don’t really understand how it was configured. Usually the power plan shows around 5% in balanced mode, which makes it seem a bit odd.

It’s meant to save energy when the processor isn’t active. Similar to lowering the clock speed, though not exactly the same. I’m not entirely confident, but I think someone with expertise on this forum could give a clear explanation.

For Windows 1903 and newer versions, the recommended setting is "Windows Balanced" for optimal performance, especially with Ryzen 3000 series processors. Avoid adjusting power plan settings unless you're confident, as it can affect stability. I personally confirmed this on version 1903 and achieved the best results.
