Power outage—could it be a deliberate move by Microsoft?
For a considerable period, two generations of GPUs and two PSUs coexisted with the same motherboard CPU and RAM. My PC would unexpectedly shut down at various moments after turning on—sometimes right when Windows 10 launched, sometimes minutes later during gameplay. Occasionally it happened almost instantly after power was applied or during startup. Regardless of the timing, any investigation using software or built-in tools always returned nothing but a sudden loss of power. No errors were recorded. It felt like a ghost had switched the device off without warning. Yet the power supply remained active, not tripped. This pattern started about a generation ago with the Asus X99 Deluxe II board. I initially suspected a hardware issue, but time revealed another angle: it only happens during Windows updates. I usually postpone these updates for days to avoid potential damage. But whenever they arrive and I ignore them, the shutdown occurs. Clearly, something about the update process is intentionally disrupting power. Otherwise this would be pure coincidence!

This does not happen unless there is a hardware fault. You havent eliminated all the variables here, software would be my absolute last suspect here. All of the below can cause the said issue.
Simple way to test.... use sledgehammer, turn off windows updates *completely* see if the issue occurs again. im also gonna go ahead and say its something with your motherboard or ram configuration (compatibility) and windows update may just trigger this fault. still, very easy way to test this as per above (and no its not windows fault because this typically just doesn't happen)
