Releasing power restrictions on most motherboards usually needs a unique BIOS, tailored for each model. These settings aren’t widely available since they’re tied to safety and prevent damage. While certain MSI products might offer alternative approaches, it’s likely limited to particular models.
There are solid Intel boards that allow you to adjust turbo power settings freely. If your BIOS doesn’t support this, you can rely on software to manage the limits. Certain laptops restrict these adjustments, while most desktop boards offer flexibility.

For Intel 12400/F, unlocking power limits isn't necessary as it only affects a maximum of 2% FPS change.
