Is increasing the power limit to maximum affecting the GPU negatively? Your GPU has been experiencing crashes and blue screens across all programs. The only adjustment made was the power limit, but could raising it to its highest setting harm the GPU and cause it to fail?

The only adjustment I made was the power limit, but could raising it to max really harm the GPU and cause it to fail? Maybe...it depends on how well it's cooled and the airflow in your case. However, it seems unlikely it will sustain serious damage before failing.
