Power issues continue even after replacing the PSU, I'm confused!
With assistance, it seems a voltage concern might be related to the CPU. I attempted to modify the voltages as suggested, but unfortunately it didn't fix the issue. It could be just part of the problem or something else entirely. I wanted to pass along this information in case it aids others encountering the same thread needing help.
It's been a bit of a late update, but I successfully swapped out my CPU and did it yesterday. Everything seems fine so far, I'm not trying to predict anything, but I hope that was the problem!
