Removing the cable from the PWRSW alone and striking it with a screwdriver's metal end won't activate the system. If that fails, try disconnecting the CPU power connector in the top left and attempt to power it on. Using just the left side of that connector might work, though it appears slightly bent and could contribute to the issue. The CPU doesn't need both 4-pin connectors inserted.

Used the screwdriver technique but it failed. Explored CPU power connector options, none resolved the issue.
