If the IO shield is loose, insert it into the IO slot prior to mounting the mainboard. Ensure it goes in correctly—it’s pressed from the inside. This keeps the mainboard secure once installed. Also, the CPU power cable is usually routed through a hole just above the connector. In your setup, it appears to be hidden behind the board; pulling it out before mounting would make it simpler.
