This situation becomes a bit tricky. Initially, I relied on a surge protector, but it was outdated. Once it worked again, I planned to upgrade to a UPS for better protection. My system specs include a Ryzen 5 2600, an ASUS Prime X570 Pro, Corsair Vengeance Pro, 16GB RAM from Gigabyte, and an RTX 2070 with Super Wind Force OC. When power went out, the PC failed to start despite diagnostic lights indicating RAM issues. I replaced the RAM and PSU, but it still wouldn’t boot. After swapping the CPU and motherboard, the problem persisted. Now I’m left with a new CPU and RAM, but it’s only showing CPU and RAM. The old motherboard lacks an ARGB header, so finding a compatible adapter is uncertain. I’ve exhausted all options—any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's worth giving it a try now. I have an old prebuilt with a GPU, so I'll attempt that. Thanks for your assistance!

Thanks! After considering, it seems unlikely the GPU is the issue since the system started up correctly. It might still be worth trying.

Uncertainty remains about whether the issue stemmed from the card itself. Past experience shows that boards can behave unpredictably when hardware changes. Upgrading to a faster M.2 NVME with more RAM caused compatibility problems, forcing a shutdown and requiring a return. The original RMA process was rushed, making it hard to confirm if the card was the cause. I replaced it with another unit.

In short, yes—after swapping all parts, the system still doesn’t start.

Understand that this might seem unusual, but there could be an issue with the case. Consider disassembling the computer inside and testing it from there. A motherboard enclosure can serve as a stable foundation. If this approach succeeds, it suggests the problem lies with the case.
