A few days ago, after shutting down my computer, the monitor stayed off and the case didn’t react. During several stress tests (Prime95, Intel Burn Test, Furmark), scans with Malwarebytes and other tools came back clean. I restarted and powered off my PC more than thirty times without any issues. The Event Viewer showed no unusual activity. It seemed to happen only once. Could this be a rare Win10 issue or something more serious? Should I be concerned?

I mean the term refers to the physical indicators like RGB lights or the motherboard's power LEDs. The LED on the motherboard can't be disabled—it just shows whether power is being supplied. You should find a setting to switch those off when you're not using them.

Not using RGB, by the way, I mean fans and HDD are visible, along with the HDD and case LED indicators. It seems nothing occurred, so keep running after power-off.

Today I looked up some info online. People with similar issues seem to point to the motherboard as the cause, but they often get the problem during shutdowns. Others mention Windows 10 and a driver that doesn’t close properly after restarting—fixing it with Device Manager and adjusting the power option helped in some cases. Right now I can’t reproduce the issue; I shut down the computer 15 times in the last hour, especially after running heavy tasks like Prime95. If it happens again, I’ll raise this thread.
