I have connected my PC to a watt meter and, after 10 minutes, it's showing around 100 watts in use. The setup includes a GTX 1070, multiple drives (2 NVMe, 2 SATA, 2 HDDs, 360mm AIO), and three low-speed fans. Both monitors are off. Windows 10 version 2004 is running with GPU hardware scheduling enabled. According to Arstechnica's recent article, a similar 3950x system was idling at 55 watts with a 2060 Super. I'm trying to determine what's consuming so much power on my machine.

It makes sense since it's already running at a higher level, so adding more load should be expected.

Power mode is configured for Ryzen Balanced. The idle voltage was around 1.05V during 4-core sleep, though it varies slightly. Power consumption remains steady despite fluctuations.
