Welcome to the forum. If you go into the settings there is an option to do a factory reset. You can choose if you want to keep files or settings which is nice. And yes, it will keep Windows 10. It should be under update and security then restore. (or something like that my OS is in Hungarian)

Even after resetting to version 8.1, you have the option to upgrade once more. The key remains valid for a full clean installation of Windows 10.
