Ram can lead to frame spikes in games. I'm using GSKill Trident Neo 3600 and have experienced lag spikes, but I can't pinpoint another cause.

I'm running the 2060 Super Founder edition and everything is current. I play mostly Sea of Thieves, not a lot of other games. Sometimes I get frame drops and a brief screen freeze while gaming.
