Potential memory or system configuration problems
Potential memory or system configuration problems
I've encountered a problem with my desktop PC. It began yesterday and started beeping three times. In the AMI BIOS, this indicates a Base64 K RAM failure. I tried running diagnostics but couldn't access the BIOS since the screen stayed black. (The monitor isn’t getting a signal, but peripherals lit up before.) Windows loads normally and Task Manager shows 16GB of RAM available, yet the beep code and BIOS issue remain. If anyone has suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. (I’ll update as I learn more.) Thank you ahead of time!
I haven't considered that before. I'll take a moment. Also, note the update: one long beep followed by two short ones. Depending on the context, it might not exist, indicate a memory problem, or relate to graphics card issues. Rainbow Six Siege worked fine.
