On a 144Hz screen without V-sync, upgrade your GPU for Valorant. For LoL, it’s not worth it—just a broken game. A 1700X can handle even a 2070 Super/5700 XT without issues.
Are your system components up to date with the latest BIOS, chipset, or GPU drivers? Does your RAM operate in dual-channel at its specified rates? (Also confirm if DOCP or XMP settings are active.)
