I'm working with the Microsoft Arc Mouse on a Dell XPS 13 running the latest Windows 10 update. A few days ago, my mouse stopped functioning properly and now it seems disabled even though I try to enable Bluetooth. After checking the settings, it looks like Bluetooth is turned off and Windows has removed the option. I have several ideas: maybe the mouse drivers are interfering and are disabling Bluetooth unexpectedly. This could explain why Windows won't let me turn it back on. Another possibility is that something inside Windows isn't recognizing the Bluetooth adapter, which would make sense given that the wireless card was replaced recently. This seems like the most likely cause, though it's unusual since the card has already been swapped. Anyone know what might be going on or if my theories are correct? The troubleshooting steps I ran seem to help temporarily, but the issue keeps returning. I might need more details to figure this out faster. Thanks for your attention!
