The readings are acceptable yet a bit high; the unit lacks good airflow, so relocating the aio to the rear fan area would help.

They look decent with a 120mm AIO, but they fall short in real performance. Better suited for aesthetics than strong cooling. In fact, you'd get more out of an air cooler to make the most of the additional fans. The case fans paired with this AIO don’t help much at all.
