It's feasible to experience a memory leak even when the system operates at just 15%. This issue involves standby memory and is tied to one of the many Windows 10 bugs. It has persisted for a long time, and it was resolved by ISLC from wagnardsoft. Running games now feels smoother and faster. While I'm not sure about the technical details, I'd say that's a memory leak!

I don't understand what you're referring to. ISLC only ends or pauses programs and isn't related to memory leaks. It looks a bit suspicious in my opinion.

It seems to be functioning smoothly. Great to hear the issue is fixed.
