GPU drivers are current, I acknowledge. I attempted to install AMD drivers for my 5600G, but encountered an error message (recommended in a YouTube video to configure the CPU). Might this have caused issues?

Search for the error code online to understand its significance. The condition of the GPU drivers being current doesn't guarantee they're working properly. Even after updating, it's wise to run DDU and perform a clean reinstall to remove any residual issues.

I'm adjusting my bios and just installed chipset drivers. It's unclear if they were essential, as my bios was last updated in early 2021 with no chipset drivers. I'll keep you posted on CPU temperatures.

Load XMP (DOCP), turn on above 4G decoding, and enable resizable BAR via AMD SAM Smart Access Memory in the BIOS. Updating the BIOS resets these configurations.

It seems the signal is stuck at 0 MHz, which is unusual. Could you clarify what you mean by "performance increases" and how this relates to your setup?

There are two issues: - Your setup isn't utilizing the integrated GPU - You don't have the appropriate driver for it
