Hi, I noticed some problems with your PC that aren't linked to your profile. When you launch EA games like Battlefront 2 or Jedi Survivor, the system freezes repeatedly—dark static, black screen, then green and back to black before restarting. Also, controllers don’t work properly; they appear in Device Manager but don’t respond when you try to use them in games. Troubleshooting shows inputs are being received normally, yet the controller isn’t recognized. Possible fixes you've tried include reinstalling the game, updating graphics drivers, adjusting system clock, checking for DirectX12 issues, and updating BIOS. For the controller issue, I attempted using Windows Debugging Tools, reinstalling drivers, and testing with different USB ports. Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.

It also causes Helldivers 2 to crash. I own the game on Steam, not EA, which suggests the problem isn't specific to that platform.

I updated the controller problem. It’s unclear what resolved it, but I disabled the rumble and adjusted several other settings in the Steam Controller configuration.

After further investigation, I realized the issue was with the GPU. I swapped it out.
