The BIOS is now set to version 1905, and you’re considering reverting your RAM speed to 6000MHz. Since the system isn’t booting properly at that speed, it’s safer to try a BIOS flash update first. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, lowering the RAM speed to a more stable setting might help.

Using 4 DIMMs of DDR5 relies heavily on the BIOS version for stability at high speeds. If it functioned with the previous BIOS and you don’t need the newer one, revert to the older BIOS revision.

I updated to the latest version since my system struggled with boot times due to memory training. I aimed to check if the new BIOS would speed things up.

The recent BIOS updates aren't resolving the issue. Try turning on Memory Context Restore via the Advanced settings—specifically under AMD CBS, then UMC Options, and finally DDR Memory Features. Keep in mind it may introduce stability problems in certain cases, so consider disabling it if you encounter issues.
