I would suggest reading through this page: https://www.easeus.com/resource/fix-wind...-loop.html It has some good info and may help you troubleshoot in real-time, rather than waiting for responses from me. Scroll about a 1/4 way down the page to get to the troubleshooting steps.

The issue W10 reports is connected to RAM problems. I experienced the same problem recently, where loading defaults and restoring all XMP/DOCP profiles fixed it. After that, I reverted everything and everything worked fine. Consider removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard for a short time, then reinsert it. After that, replace the old RAM modules and test again.
