Thank you for your reply and well wishes. I think the matter should be fixed soon with the next updates. Even though we performed thorough checks, the exact reason behind the issue remains unclear.
Hello, The latest version for Windows 11 25H2 is now available. I applied the update and restarted the computer twice; the boot delay vanished entirely. The system now starts just as expected, so I no longer intended to reformat the drive.
