Sorry, I didn't get it. The RAM should read: "G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8GB) 2133Mhz DDR4"

Sorry, there was a mistake. The site didn’t list the CAS latency details. CL15 at 2133MHz represents significant delay, which could be affecting your frame rate.
