Occasionally, while sleeping, I switch off the PSU and then turn it back on the next day. The motherboard lights up but the PC doesn’t power on for a few hours. Once it does, the clock appears to be about six hours behind. I don’t believe this is related to the PSU since it’s only three months old.

It seems the computer isn't starting properly, though the motherboard is lit up. The power switch doesn't seem to work, and it occasionally functions unexpectedly.

I believe the problem isn't related to the CPU since it happens frequently and it always starts up, though the wait time changes.
