The RAM animation in the Armoury crate starts flickering and then stops. It seems there could be a problem with the software compatibility. Consider checking updates or alternatives.

Sorry about that, didn't save your changes. Let me know if you'd like a quick update for @HanZie82.

That's possible. It should be clear to read! Do you have your RAM OCed? (Even XMP) that could drain power from the RGB section. Raising the voltage a bit might help, but remember the limits. Also, it's likely these kinds of programs aren't well received—they often don't get the support they deserve.

Hey @HanZie82, I haven't made any changes yet. Everything is fully stocked. The only thing I've done is updated the BIOS to the latest version, but that's all. I just want to manage the high-end lighting I bought for a few hundred dollars.

Armoury Crate consistently causes system issues for me until I install the proper solution. Frequent freezes and unexpected restarts happen, but everything resolves completely after removing the tool.

Yes, you configured the lighting settings and subsequently deleted them using the uninstall tool from @rickeo.

I adjusted the lighting and noticed my system performance dropping after installation. At first, I didn’t mind much since it only affected the EK AIO blocks RGB lights. Once I removed the software, those lights still displayed a simple rainbow wave—still acceptable. I’d rather not manage the RGB settings on that block than handle the software issues on my computer.

I’m glad this thread can still be useful. The key step was turning off the ASUS plugin in Corsair iCUE. Even though it seemed necessary to enable it, you actually had to completely disable it. This was a bit frustrating because I found this workaround by accident, as there aren’t many helpful discussions about RGB software compatibility issues. By disabling the plugin, the motherboard section disappeared, allowing you to reset everything in ASUS Armoury Crate and Corsair iCUE back to defaults. After restarting, you should be able to reapply your effects and check for any flickering or problems.
