Possible release in October 2015 for Fallout 4.
Last year a Reddit member shared a lot of details about Fallout 4. She said she worked there and was let go from Bethesda after accidentally revealing secrets, so she retaliated by posting on the site. Though it was met with ridicule, her insights were largely accurate. According to her notes, the game is expected to launch in October using a completely new engine. This aligns with rumors about a TBA release and 360/PS3 versions on Creation. The speculation also suggests the game may appear on older consoles soon. It matches quite accurately. I’m curious about the gender lock in the central plot—do you think it’s accurate?
It really depends on what you value most. Gender lock could be a significant issue for some, while others might not see it as a major concern.
Normally no, as I'm no SJW, but this is a Fallout game/a game about character control (an RPG). If the series started like that I wouldn't have mind one bit but as a fan of the series and the control it gave me it disappoints me a lot.
Some whispers circulated recently about the game potentially becoming a cross-gen release.
