Hello everyone, I’ve put together my PC setup... I should have reached here earlier (sigh). Here’s how I built it and the configuration I used. I’m looking for the most secure method to safely boost my CPU performance so it runs at peak efficiency. My system includes a Ryzen 5 3600X, an Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS with Wi-Fi, an ATX AM4 motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM (32 GB, 2x16 GB), Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB DDR4-3000 CL15 memory, a 2.5" Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD, and a ROG Strix 750W GOLD GPU. If I can secure one, I’ll install the 6800XT.

You hear Anthony and achieve improved results. Success guaranteed. Just confirm you're avoiding the stock cooler for higher redline overclocking.

Hi @eeeee1 I really admire Anthony, but I’m not sure what he’s talking about. Let’s begin with a basic step and push the RAM to its full capacity. Should I adjust the stock CPU cooler? Regards Eishpal

You might skip the effort and simply enable XMP, but he’s going into specifics about voltages and speeds. Since you’re using an ASUS system, try the “Lookup” option in your BIOS to discover each setting. Regarding your old cooler, it’s okay but won’t handle high performance demands. I wouldn’t exceed your CPU beyond a few hundred MHz.

Hi @eeeee1 I'm beginning with a slow pace until I understand this overclocking method better. I don't want to interfere much since my PC is essential for remote work. I'll need to do additional research. Appreciate the help!
