Thank you for your responses.
I don't overclock and my current RAM is an ASRock Z97 Exreme6.
I'm a bit unsure about the exact RAM speed required since I'm not very experienced with real-world impacts and don't play games that demand maximum FPS.
As discussed, I ordered an MSI Z870E Carbon MB to pair with a 9800x3d, which I plan to order later.
Regarding bottlenecks, it seems the issue is more about 'load times,' indicating a potential storage problem rather than a GPU limitation.
Recheck the MoBo chipset, since Z-series is Intel chipset and will not work with AMD CPU.
If you made a typo with X870E vs Z870E, then it is fine.
Btw, that MoBo review:

DDR5 starts out with 4000 MT/s. 4800 MT/s is common low-end. While sweet spot is 6400 MT/s. Anything faster than that, isn't cost effective.
So, ranges from 4000-6400 is your options. I'm personally running 6400 MT/s with CL32.
It's a bit unclear with varying numbers. One stick may display '4800' and another '6000'.
When buying a RAM and if you want a guarantee that it operates at the speeds you aim for, e.g 6400 MT/s, then pick the one listed in MoBo memory QVL,

Usually, RAM DIMMs have only one transfer speed number on them. E.g 6400 MT/s (or Mhz). But some RAM DIMMs may include 4800 or 4400 or 4000 as well, to indicate that without enabling the RAM OC profile, it operates at the lower speed. But when enabling the OC profile, they can operate at the higher rated speed.
Still, make sure that the RAM you want to go with, is listed in MoBo memory QVL. Else-ways, you have 50:50 chance of the RAM working at all (for the most times, RAM should still work at slower, JEDEC speeds, like 4800 MT/s but there have been cases when RAM, which is not listed in memory QVL, doesn't work at all).
