I'm struggling with a bad overclock! My PC crashed and now the monitor shows nothing. The CPU and DRAM EZ DEBUG lights are lit. I've tried removing the CMOS battery and jumping JBAT 1, but I need a diagnosis. What's wrong, what needs fixing, what parts should I replace? Should I consider getting a new PC? I need help right away.

We must understand the precise details, such as the motherboard, power supply unit, and RAM specifications.
