Hello Friends, I’m curious about installing Mac OS on my PC. I’ve watched several videos but haven’t found a clear solution yet. I’ve included my partition image. Please remember the C: drive is an SSD, and the Volume D: was previously the main drive before I swapped in the SSD. I’m wondering if it’s possible to dual boot Mac in that D: drive and use other drives like E: for storage. Thanks ahead of time.

Yes, you might have to adjust disk 1 to a GUID partition table, which will remove all other partitions and data. Windows usually sets it to MBR by default, making it incompatible with OS X. It’s best to use a third drive instead.

It's quite challenging to install OS X on a PC. The required hardware is very specific, and even the firmware you're using plays a crucial role. Once it works, you'll likely face several problems that need time to resolve (like sound issues or Wi-Fi). If you're determined to try, this site can be useful: http://www.hackintosh.com

Feel free to mention if I can. For part compatibility, guidance, and OSX support, check the OSX86 project page. Use their instructions and tools at http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page. For general assistance, visit http://www.tonymacx86.com/home.php and http://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/.

I get it. Just trying something new, especially since I've never used a Mac before. I reached out for help.

It's definitely worth putting in the time, and you'll gain a lot of knowledge. Particularly from the expert in this field, who has already achieved X99 success. http://rampagedev.wordpress.com Explore all the links Snickerzz shared as well. Be ready for some strict requirements if your system isn't fully compatible, but help is always available.
