others have noticed similar issues with your GPU and Lianli Strimer RGB not shutting down after power-off. even after turning off fast boot and enabling ERP in BIOS, the problem persists—only occasional shutdowns followed by restarting. sometimes it fails to boot at all, just fans spinning. changing the PSU or RAM hasn't resolved it. you mentioned a recent RAM upgrade and PSU replacement, but the issue remains. it might be related to the motherboard or the RAM module itself.
