I recently added an MSI gaming X Trio Radeon 6950xt (originally from an MSI 3060 Ti). When I powered on my system, everything functioned properly except several USB ports on my motherboard and front I/O that stopped responding. This issue was similar to what I experienced with the 3060 Ti, but now most of the ports are non-functional. Could it be related to a power supply problem?
