IP-based configuration applies, not interface-specific settings. Remember, identical ports can't be assigned to multiple devices.

That's not what you're getting. Focus on the IP instead of the interface. You need to determine the assigned IP for your device via Ethernet and direct the port accordingly.

To find the IP address, open the command prompt and enter ipconfig. This will display the current network details.
