They mentioned they specifically received a static IP address beginning with 93 for the PC. It seems like a public IP, so no NAT needed.

It seems the setup I began isn't helpful. I switched the configuration so everything connects to the router first. Now I'm unsure if the TV box will work.

If the modem supports multiple ports, link the TV box straight to it. Otherwise, add a switch between the TP-Link router and the modem, then connect the TV box to that setup. The typical path would be: modem → switch → TP-Link router → PC, switch, Android box, and TV.

The modem features several ports, eliminating the need for an additional switch. This is the configuration I’d likely adopt, though I’m testing alternatives first. The main challenge is needing to lay another 15m cable, which would require drilling again to remove the plaster. It seems I’ll have to handle this next week.
