Each morning I power on my PC, I get the same alert: "Eth0.me Outbound Port 80." It’s asking what this means and how to fix it so I can keep 80 open for my NAS security certificate.

The security certificate for your NAS is using HTTPS on port 443. It’s unclear if verification requires port 80. There isn’t much available about the pop-up you saw. Did you adjust Windows Firewall rules before this issue occurred? Are you running a server locally on your own machine?
