Hey there, friends. Over the past few days I've been trying to get POP'Os working on my RX 5500 XT. I figured since the AMD drivers come built-in, it should work out of the box. But in reality, I've faced some driver problems on Windows with this GPU before. That's why I switched to Linux. Now I have to boot up and install POP'Os, but I keep seeing random short black screens and can't play any games. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks a lot! I've checked dmesg and it shows these lines: [ 2.684492] [drm] amd kernel modesetting enabled. You're just starting with Linux and wondering if your system is perfect. It's possible everything is fine, but a BIOS update could help.

I'm not sure about this. I faced issues with the GPU in Windows before, but it worked afterward. It seems my hardware is probably fine. I also recently updated the BIOS.
