I'm experiencing the same issue too. A popup appears every 46 minutes and 10 seconds, especially after an hour. It seems the recent Windows 10 Creator update might be causing it.
Yesterday's update – I removed and readded Office365, and it seems that was the reason for the window opening every hour. It didn’t appear during uninstallation but started again right after reinstalling at 58 minutes past the hour. I don’t know how to stop it now. Edit: Fixed it! Followed the steps from that forum thread about disabling Microsoft Office background task registration via Task Scheduler.
