Hey there, just installed my new setup and everything seems fine, but my wireless is really bad. On my old PC it was handling 7 MB/s, while on my new Asus PCE-AC51 with the latest drivers I'm only getting 2 MB/s consistently. Got any tips?

7 megabits per second or 7 megabits per second. The gap is significant.

It could be related to your service provider. Have you attempted linking to Wi-Fi using a smartphone or computer? Do they provide identical performance? Are you tracking data in bits or bytes?

Sorry for not mentioning megabytes earlier. Other devices seem to connect smoothly at my usual speed, but my new setup—Z270 PC motherboard and Asus PCE-AC51—is functioning, though the signal quality is poor. I've also switched to a different USB wireless adapter, which gives marginally better Wi-Fi, but it's still far from satisfactory.
