Gigabyte z490 G features Intel 10700k Corsair aio 240mm with Western black 1tb ssd. For one, I occasionally fall into a boot loop. In games, performance drops significantly compared to my previous i7 7700/1070 setup. CSGO at 1440p averages about 250 FPS, dropping to 180 or lower, sometimes completely. Settings don’t seem to influence this issue. Rust images display duplicate texture outlines. At maximum settings, I’m around 70 FPS, and even with optimal graphics options, I only reach 95 FPS. Most issues persist despite updates. I’ve been experiencing this for nearly a year now, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to play smoothly.

The GPU is near the nearest x16 port to the CPU, and there’s no riser cable. Have you pushed maximum performance through Windows power options and NVIDIA controls? Is the SSD completely filled? Is the AIO running smoothly with temperatures well under normal limits?

I occasionally jump into the boot loop. That’s unusual, right? Have you reset the CMOS and reinstalled Windows plus checked the RAM thoroughly?
