Perfect CPU performance. Is it running entirely on Apex? Are you uploading in the background? Any games or system updates?

It seems your system is heavily constrained by the CPU. The GPU Busy metric averages about 9.42 ms per frame, which suggests a stable performance. If you calculate it, you'd expect roughly 106 frames per second. However, the CPU Busy time is around 39.2 ms per frame, limiting you to about 25 fps. You might want to confirm with CPU-Z that your RAM is using dual-channel mode. It’s possible you need a more powerful processor. Checking Task Manager could reveal other processes consuming CPU resources. The actual speed can vary depending on game demands and background tasks.

I wasn't prepared for how poor this processor is. Probably because Discord, Steam, and other services are using a lot of resources behind the scenes, making it nearly unusable.

It’s not that serious. The issue seems to be with your operating system. Consider using the TechTitus debloat script or ReviOS playbook, or switch to Windows 10. This works even with a stronger GPU.

I verified with my small 10-window setup, but it remained consistent. Until I turned off everything, I noticed higher FPS. Possibly the motherboard is defective—I don’t know.

I located two 16GB sticks and inserted them into my PC. Now everything operates smoothly. I believe the issue was a combination of sluggish RAM and a slow CPU. Everything is functioning properly now.
