I'm going to begin by mentioning that I've worked with various GPUs and CPUs, but this problem has become extremely frustrating to the point where I'm almost giving up on PCVR. I plan to share my specifications and describe the situation. For reference, I previously had a GPU that performed identically to this one, yet still experienced the same issue. Even after an upgrade, it never resolved the problem. This game and all VR-only titles never fully utilize my GPU or CPU, resulting in a terrible projection quality. My PC is more than capable—no need for an upgrade, sorry, but I won’t respond to those comments since I already have a mid-range to high-end system: 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700F (16 cores, 24 threads), Radeon RX7800xt Red Devil (16GB VRAM), 16GB DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz, Quest 2/3 (currently Quest 3), Virtual Desktop at high settings (100% in Steam VR), 5GHz router (1200Mbps). I'm really stuck and need expert assistance. I've tried everything: BIOS updates, chipset updates, driver rollbacks, AMD Adrenaline drivers for all games, disabling/adjusting game modes, overclocking/undervolting, changing graphics settings, tweaking Virtual Desktop, adjusting in-game options, clearing save files, removing mods, and even switching to Meta Quest XR. I've also changed encoders, bandwidth channels, and settings repeatedly. FSR mod didn't help. I've also disabled window playback and changed resolution settings. Please help me—this is really frustrating and I'm exhausted."

It seems you've already gone through many configurations and settings, so I can offer only general advice. I'm sure your PC is more than capable. Your old machine ran well on a Ryzen 5600 and a 2070 Super, handling VR smoothly. You often used VD, but sometimes Quest Link worked too. The only other suggestion I have is to check if Steam Link is enabled. It won't force you to use it, but it might help eliminate other potential causes. I've seen mixed feedback about Steam Link—some users found it perfect for games like Alyx, while others didn't.

In fact, I've already tried the Steam link and the reprojection ratio problem remains the same. I'm still confused about what's happening. The Steam link feels very unstable for me, so I don't use it much. I found a forum where people discuss MSFS and they went through several settings in "Computer Management" to adjust performance options, but most of them didn't need to change anything since those settings weren't present. I'm starting to give up. This PC was bought specifically for VR, but I'm facing these issues that are really frustrating. It's driving me crazy—I've cried out in frustration because nothing seems to fix it. I'm planning to stop using PCVR and just play standalone games. Maybe the problem is related to my second monitor, refresh rate, or G-Sync (AMD FreeSync), but I've tried disabling all settings and even changed the refresh rate to match what's shown on the display (90Hz). Even unplugging the second monitor didn't help. I noticed some odd behavior when I did that—FPSVR shows a drop from around 20.8 to 1.0, which is still problematic. I really need someone with VR troubleshooting experience to help me. I'm not willing to spend money on new parts just to play VR; my flat-panel games work fine. Please help me.
